Monrovia Organizations Celebrate Centennials This Month
Two organizations celebrate their centennials this month and one celebrates its 110th birthday.
Monrovia is the 4th oldest city in LA County and last year marked the city's 125th birthday. This month, besides the , a few of Monrovia organizations celebrate their 100th birthdays as well.
The Second Baptist Church celebrated its 110th anniversary on March 11. The First Baptist Church is celebrating its centennial with an ice cream social on Friday, March 23 from 6pm - 9pm. Lastly, Mary Knoll Sisters will be celebrating their 100 Year Jubilee at on Sunday, March 25 from 2pm - 4:30pm.
