Video: Hero Dog Recovering in the Limelight

Local and national media have descended on Boone, the 5-year-old Siberian Husky mix who got between his owner and a rattlesnake and took a bite to the muzzle in the process.

Boone the "hero dog" is getting the attention he deserves.

The Los Angleles Times and KTLA-TV News have who put himself between his 14-year-old owner and a rattlesnake. AOL.com also picked up the story on Monday afternoon.

Boone has recovered "fully" according to KTLA in this video, where the dog can be seen walking around the back yard where the incident happened.
