Could the residents have another residence in another country -- e.g. - Asia????? or Europe????

It's like a hotel, apt bldg. One week there may be 5 or 6 people, then a few weeks later silence,Read Moreu ntil again lots of people. I was just wondering if perhaps rooms could be rented out. This would be better than staying in a hotel. With 8-10 bedrooms a nice income could be made. Can this be done?

Seems like a very small issue about a very small place that already has a bad reputation in a veryRead Mores mall town. And it's coming from an even smaller person. How sad. And I was thinking about going in there, given some recent things I heard.

I think I will definitely ck this place out. Don't know about VFW'S but in my old fashioned andRead Moremini scule brain I think of brave soldiers who deserve a comfy place to unwind and share stories. Smoking anything front or outside a place stinks. The First Cabin has smokers inside which makes people with allergies(ME) not able to visit. Do I have this correct? You can smoke in the VFW?

Really? I can't believe that the people nominated to office at the VFW think it is ok to allow this Read Moreor any other behavior unbecoming of an officer to continue. Medical marijuana is legal in the privacy of your home. Period. I didn't know the use of drugs was allowed in the bylaws of the VFW Post. What's next? Are you going to start selling it too? Funny how I have been to many VFW Posts all over the country & this is the only Post I have ever heard that officers are allowed to smoke marijuana in the office. I assume it is an officer... I am sure only someone with official business would be allowed in the office. The VFW Post IS supposed to be a place where Veterans young & not so old :) should be able to spend time. Sharing not just stories but the comradeship! This dirty laundry needs to be washed! Time to clean up this mess by whatever means necessary even if you need to another election and make sure no one is allowed in areas where official business is to be conducted unless they have permission or are there doing "Official" business. This needs to be done now so that good things can come out of it and our Veterans have a place where they can spend good times along with their friends and family! This is embarrassing! Really!

Much Love. So much gratitude and love, you all have no idea. Lonely bear is lonely and will waitRead Morefor a return or word. Be well. Love one another. Enjoy the moments when it gets very loud AND very quiet. There is magic among you. Hug everyone for me. I stay on my quiet little artsy patch of Patch. Travel safe, draw me a picture on a barf bag. I send warm bear thoughts.

Clearly. And generous. Especially to old bears.

Bears do fine with very little but high quality attention and love. We tend to forage and rootRead Morearoun d, and love a good tree for scratchin'. Truly, sometimes, most of the time in fact, that is all that is needed. Marty Man, cliches aren't my thing...well, because they are cliche....however, CHIN UP. What you do is a huge leap and a change. Let go of the expectations you once had about how stuff was supposed to be, and jump into the void. It's completely healthy to do what you do, and let others do the same....let yourself and her do something else now. I love this dudes' blog, he is real and funny and been shares how he found some joy and peace....Leo is the best. http://zenhabits.net/

Visiting. Yea....I wish if they weren't harming anyone, just LOCAL peeps could know where theyRead Moreare.. ..like some kind of underground info ting...I HATE the publicity for this....I think WE should know, but the EVERYONE? Not so much. And Derringer is quite the handsome guy....so big now. This picture is hilarious...he looks like he is saying, " WHAT? IT wasn't ME!" ......... /...gives big puppy scrub on ears...

They need to not state the street name. The neighbors can inform those needing to know. Leave the Read Morecritters alone. It's their home first.

Yes.. And I am not some gone-in-the-head person who doesn't understand these animals we live nearRead Moreca n and ARE dangerous...It's just that when the media is alerted, the drama and fear-mongering is too much for me....I remember clearly one year, long time ago, our son was a baby....this is when it first started happening, the over reporting. There were 3 news copters over my house that shook the windows for 45 minutes...I was like Apocalypse Now...and all the commotion scared the bears so bad, they shot one with a tranq, it fell to it's death. TOTALLY avoidable....the worst part was the reporters..."Something has spooked the bear, and it will not come down..." (gee wonder what it was? Maybe the sound of copters?) Either way, I remember how mad MPD and animal control was...they understood how bad the news was, how little they helped, and how much WORSE the situation became, for EVERYONE involved. People that have bears on their property that live high enough up where it happens can which bear is which, who is a problem (Uncle Vinnie is a total jerk, watch out for him...love him but he is the guy who ruins Thanksgiving every year, Capiche?) which bear is sick, who is old...everything..... the constant media shout-outs are harming us, not helping the situation of living with and around these smart, majestic, sexy, good looking, well-meaning bears. Ahem.
