Celebrate Earth Day at the Beach

This Saturday, come out and celebrate Earth Day with gorgeous weather in Manhattan Beach, having fun while learning what you can do to save our earth.

There couldn’t be a better way to celebrate Earth Day than on a gorgeous warm day at one of our most beautiful beaches. Come out this Saturday to Manhattan Beach to celebrate our earth with a day of music, food, games and eco-friendly shopping.

Brought to you by VOICE, a Manhattan Beach organization aimed at educating and motivating individuals and organizations to work toward creating a sustainable world, along with the Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department, there will also be plenty of opportunities to learn how you can help make a difference in keeping our world clean and steps you can do to conserve.

There’s something for the kids as well in a special activity walk that includes games and art. Sustainable vendors will also set up shop where you’ll be able to find eco-friendly items from clothes, gifts, to solar panels.

Dance outside to live music, which will begin at 1:15p.m. There will also complimentary bike valets as well as a bike parade.

For more information on VOICE, visit them online.

The event will take place at Polliwog Park, Manhattan Beach from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Afterwards, there'll be plenty of daylight to soak up down the street at the beach as you watch the sunset over the Pacific.

A California city will never prevail in a lawsuit against the STATE. All CA. cities must merge toRead More sue in mass under Federal RICO laws while we still have Federal laws. Filing alone at the State level is useless. Wake up people.
