Foothill Unity Center Needs Volunteers for Food Drive
The local charity is looking for help with its Saturday mail carrier food drive.
From the Foothill Unity Center:
Volunteers are needed to unload mail trucks full of donated food, sort quickly, load food onto Foothill Unity Center trucks, and finally unload the food at our Monrovia warehouse. It’s a lot of work, and many hands are needed! Volunteer opportunities are being filled for Post Offices in Altadena, Duarte, Pasadena, Monrovia, Sierra Madre and San Marino, as well as Foothill Unity Center’s Monrovia warehouse.
Post Office Shifts:

- Shift1: 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Shift 2: 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Warehouse Shifts:
- Shift 1: 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Shift 2: 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Shift 3: 7:00 p.m. to 9;00 p.m.
