The officials results of the Fountain to the Falls race are now available, and they can be viewed by clicking on the attached .pdf.

Due to some technical issues, the company in charge of the race--Active.com--did not release the official results of the run/walk until today, according to city spokesman Dan Bell.

The data shows that 274 people participated in the race.

I hope they do it again next year. Keep the weather the same. The starting time was probably good for traffic. I would have liked to have mile splits every mile. I also heard from a few runners that the walkers slowed them down on the dirt portion. Maybe the walkers can start 15 minutes after the runners which would keep the narrow trail a little less congested for the serious competitors. Not the walkers are not competing.

The last sentence should read "Not that the walkers are not competing"

Congrats to editor Nathan McIntire for 155th place. I think it is great that the patch.com team is getting involved in local events.
