The Old Town Sasquatch prank that delighted this editor came to an end this week when police intervened, the depressed Sasquatch reported on Patch.
The Sasquatch, which had , said police shut down the prank and even took his costume away. It posted the following farewell message on Patch Saturday:
we will not be terrorizing the streets of monrovia anymore because someone has called the cops upon us and we were shut down and our suit was confiscated. :( i guess our good times were a bit too much for some in our community so you will be seeing no more of the monrovia sasquatch. goodbye all and thanks for the love and support.
