Monrovia Chamber and City to Host E-Waste Recycling Event Saturday and Sunday

The Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and the city of Monrovia is having a free electronic waste recycling event Saturday and Sunday.

Residents can drop of their electronic waste at the Monrovia Park N Ride at the corner of South Myrtle Avenue and West Pomona Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

Proof of California residency is required.

Items accepted include: computer monitors, laptops, printers, scanners, copiers, televisions, LCDs, PC peripherals, VCR/DVD players, fax machines, toner cartridges, power supplies, auto/rechargeable batteries, cell/landline phones, home entertainment systems, small portable devices, microwave ovens, fans, and treadmills.

Items NOT accepted include: light bulbs, household batteries, hazardous waste, and all medical waste.
