Free Bears: Monrovia Resident Has Fun With Bear Influx

Apparently referring to numerous bear sightings in the area recently, a resident on Hillcrest Boulevard posted a sign offering "Free Bears."

If you have yourself a sturdy bear leash, then stop by Hillcrest Boulevard and take advantage of the free bear giveaway.

One playful resident in a Monrovia hillside neighborhood posted a sign that advertises "Free Bears." But bear hoarders shouldn't expect to take home unlimited bears, as the sign also says "Limit 3." A Facebook commenter suggested that "BYOL" means "Bring Your Own Leash."

Thanks to reader Brian Ulm for sharing this photo. Have you noticed an increase in bear sightings this summer? Why do you think the resident posted this silly sign?

A California city will never prevail in a lawsuit against the STATE. All CA. cities must merge toRead More sue in mass under Federal RICO laws while we still have Federal laws. Filing alone at the State level is useless. Wake up people.
