Duarte Halloween Howl

Duarte's parks and rec. department offers an alternative to door-to-door trick or treating with this holiday festival on Royal Oaks Drive. Carnival games starting at only a quarter, music, contests and many more activities geared toward kids 12 or younger fill the early part of Halloween 2010, which also happens to be a school night.
