Monrovia Annual Holiday Parade

The Monrovia Department of Community Services puts on this yearly event in Old Town. This year's parade that processes down Myrtle Avenue is titled, "Tinsel, Trees and Teddy Bears." Applications to be in the parade are due Nov. 5.
