Save the Dates!

Monrovia Association of Fine Arts presents our 50th Anniversary “Celebrate the Arts”, a Festival of Fine Arts to be held on Saturday and Sunday October 12 and 13, 2013.

The Monrovia Association of Fine Arts held it first two-day art festival in Monrovia Library Park – October of 1964.  This year marks the 50th anniversary of the formation of our local art group, originally known as the Monrovia Art Festival Association.

Please join us at this year’s fine art show to be held on Saturday and Sunday October 12 and 13 in Library Park from 10 AM to 6 PM, both days.

Our featured Artist is Bill Hyatt, longtime MAFA Member and Metal Sculptor.  The show will include Art Demonstrations, Music, Entertainment and an authors section in cooperation with the Friends of the Monrovia Public Library who will be holding their fall fundraiser during our art show.

Some of the art forms on display will include Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor and Mixed Media Painting, Ceramics, Glass and Stained Glass, original Jewelry, Photography, Digital Photography and Digital Art, Printmaking, Line Art and Sculpture consisting of metal, wood, ceramic, stone or other media.

We will also feature a silent auction.  All funds raised will help us continue to provide art education to our local youth.

Enhance the lives of those within our community through interaction with the arts.  Increase the opportunities of our children through art education.

The Monrovia Association of Fine Arts is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
