Getting Fit with Your Stroller

Because moms need to take care of themselves too.

One of the hardest challenges new moms face is finding the energy to make time for themselves. With a baby in tow, sometimes a quick shower is all they can manage to fit in a day. Now there is a program designed to help moms find their inner mojo, get out of the house and get their pre-baby bodies back!

"Body Back" is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms. In a local outdoor setting, you will work closely with an instructor as you complete high intensity workouts that can transform your body and mind in just 8 weeks.

The class includes:
- 2 workouts per week in a small group format
- Meal plan and food diary
- Before and after fitness assessments and measurements
- Online coaching and support
- Mama Wants Her Body Back workout DVD

Each cycle meets in Monrovia for 8 weeks at 5:45-6:45am on Tuesdays and Thursdays, allowing you to get your workout completed before the workday starts! The next cycle begins March 29.
