Monrovia has spoken: is the city's Best Bar.
There are plenty of places to grab a drink in town and the competition was fierce. Gastropub won 30 percent of the vote, narrowly beating our for the best bar title. also had a strong showing, and Cafe Opera's bar received multiple write-in votes.
