Monrovia's Priciest Homes: $5 Million House on Terrace View

This "European masterpiece" on Terrace View Drive is selling for $5 million.

A four bedroom, five bathroom French style home at 328 North Terrace View Drive in Monrovia is on the market for $5 million.

The 6,871 square-foot residence was built in 2008 and features a "2-story living room, wet bar, elevator, 2-story library, 2 fireplaces, formal dining room, media room, finest marble/woods/granite, iron-case doors/windows," according to AOL Real Estate.

You live in a city whose citizens banded together to…Read More tax themselves to save it Foothill wilderness, raised funds to renovate its schools and to build a state of the art library. The fact that one one single event in the year didn't go the way you wanted made you ashamed to be a Monrovian suggests you need to seriously rethink your priorities in life. As the first response said, quit complaining and get involved. Its not very hard in this city to find out how to volunteer if you had given it a slight effort. And the volunteer groups like the one that put the event together are starving for help since tearing people down is a lot more popular these days than putting in hard work. You are the one who should be ashamed.
