Photos: Preview of Artwork for Monrovia's Gold Line Station
See what the artwork at Monrovia's Gold Line station will look like.
The artwork that will be featured at the Gold Line station in Monrovia was unveiled last week by artist Cha-Rie Tang in a meeting with Monrovia Mayor Mary Ann Lutz.
Batchelder tiles from Monrovia homes were reproduced for incorporation into the station along with original glass and rock elements, according to City Manager Laurie Lile's weekly report.
The artwork will be fully installed at the station by 2015, the report states.
