Community Update

What a terribly sad pathetic excuse for a celebration I just experience in downtown Monrovia! My heart is breaking thinking about the many parades & carnivals that will never happen again. Whoever was in charge of putting together this years celebration ought to be ashamed of themselves. After what I just witnessed I'm ashamed to say that I'm a true Monrovian born & bred native 50 years. Shame on the city council for even approving such a sad excuse. I'm shaking my head in wonder & shaking my frustrated finger at all of you! Shame on you! That was a disgrace!
