Monrovia quality of life

Gem City Dude Man, Neighbor

For the last 2 decades city planers continue to replace what were single family homes, or lots near regular neighborhoods with multiple living units. This fact has increased demands on infrastructure and caused traffic issues,etc., and in general decreased the quality of life in our city. This trend needs to stop now!
