Parents?????

What is going on with all the vandalism  going on in our fair city.  I read the crime mappers daily and so much destruction of property going on.  It is so out of hand.  What are they accomplishing other than costing home owners money they probably don't have and making the city look like crap.  Parents control your children, it's your job to raise your children to not steal or destroy other peoples property.  Why did you fail?
