Senator Mountjoy makes an excellent point.

I was watching the public access channel and happened to see Senator Mountjoy speaking in regard to the Monrovia Wilderness area and how he is against giving the land over to the National Park Service. Being a homeowner myself, I have seen my tax dollars go to payoff the bond we good citizens floated to pay for those lands. I agree totally with Senator Mountjoy. If the government wants it, sell it to them and pay off the bond, and pay back those who have been paying the bond all these years.  Excellent point Senator.
