The Wizards are Coming!

The Monrovia Renaissance Foundation brings the Harlem Wizards back to Monrovia next Friday, May 2nd at 7:00 pm to take on the MUSD All-Stars comprised of many players from our schools here in Monrovia.  The Renaissance Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit foundation that is committed to raising money to support academic achievement in our schools.  Academic recognition has been a focus of the Renaissance program at Monrovia High School for the last eleven years and consists of things such as student of the month, positive behavior rewards, academic rallies, and many other types of recognition.  The program has expanded to Clifton Middle School and Santa Fe Middle School as well as Mayflower and Wildrose Elementary schools.  The goal is to inspire students in our schools to pursue academic excellence in all that they do and to also recognize the efforts of the educators who guide our kids through their academic journey.

Please consider coming out and joining the fun on Friday night at the MHS Event Center.  Tickets can be purchased at www.harlemwizards.com Student/Child tickets are $10 and adult tickets are $12.  Tickets are also available at the door for a price of $12 for student/child and $15 for adults.  The MUSD All Stars are:
