Citizens must become watch dogs for the Police. It's known as "Observe and Report." The Police can not be every place. We all hold some responsibility to keep our neighborhoods and communities safe.

My God! I try not to jump to conclusions when I see somebody who seems suspicious to me but I am reading more and more about these attacks in Monrovia, especially. I guess I'm not going to worry about "profiling" anymore. I'm sick of this crap. Like Mr. Morford says, Observe and Report. Call 357-2355 to contact the Monrovia PD. This is a designated number for incoming calls from mobile phone users. You may not see a crime in progress but there's a good chance that they may stop and question somebody with warrants or even on parole. I hope the cyclist is okay and I sincerely hope those two THUG LOSERS know they WILL reap what they sow. It's only a matter of time before their time runs out and they find themselves locked up and the "girlfriend" of somebody bigger and badder then them.

I feel afraid and alone even walking my dog ...I do my part as a good and watchful person in the community...a reminder to all concerned ...this is considered a good neighborhood.
