At least 3 vehicles were involved in the collision, which was reported around 1:03 p.m. All lanes had initially been blocked by the collision, but the No. 3 and 4 lanes still remain closed, according to the California Highway Patrol. It is unknown if any injures are being reported.

The Sig Alert has been issued for 30 minutes.

Authorities worked to reopen the HOV lane and No. 1 lane, the CHP said.

At least one of the vehicles involved received major front-end damage, the CHP said.
