Firefighters from federal and local agencies, including L.A. County, Arcadia and Monrovia, will join with the city of Duarte to conduct three days of wildland scrimmage exercises on Wednesday to help train personnel to handle wildfire incidents.
Resident and equestrian evacuations will be performed.
