Police Sketch Released of Man Accused of Luring Monrovia Teen

The Monrovia Police Department released this composite photo of the man who allegedly tried to pay a 14-year-old girl $200 to get in his car Thursday.

Police released a sketch of the man accused of trying to lure a teenage girl into his car Thursday by offering her $200.

The man allegedly approached a 14-year-old girl near the intersection of Canyon Avenue and Colorado Boulevard and asked her to get in his car to show him where Monrovia High School is. When she refused, he offered her $200 to get in the car.
