Work on California Avenue at Railroad Tracks Continues for Foothill Extension
The work is part of the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension project.
Editor's Note: This post has been corrected to change some information that was from an outdated construction notice. The intersection at California Avenue and Duarte Road is not closed.
The plan is expected to be crafted and an updated construction notice on when the work will be done released.
The following streets have been or continue to be affected by the construction, according to the city's website.
• Duarte Road along the railroad tracks from Mayflower Avenue to Mountain Avenue.
• Railroad grade-crossings at Mayflower, Magnolia, Myrtle, California, and Mountain Avenues.
