The light rail extension from Pasadena to the Azusa/Glendora border is scheduled to be completed in 2015.

A new video by the Gold Line Construction Authority offered a glimpse into the work that went into the $18.6 million Gold Line bridge in Arcadia.

With interviews from construction company Skanska and artist Andrew Leicester, the artistic and structural development of what the clip hailed as the San Gabriel Valley’s newest landmark is documented.

The bridge is part of the 11.5 mile Gold Line extension from Pasadena to the Azusa/Glendora border, with stops in Arcadia, Monrovia, Irwindale, Duarte and Azusa.
