*LIVE* City Council Election Results: Shevlin, Adams Lead

We'll be updating city council election results all night, so keep checking back.

--9:54 p.m.: All precincts are in, Shevlin takes it all and keeps her seat while Adams finishes second and stays on as well. Ziegler finishes third, and Espinosa, who pulled out of the race, finishes fourth ahead of Cosylion. Stay tuned for reaction from the candidates.

--9:25 p.m.: With just one precinct left to report, it looks like Shevlin will take this. Adams should also keep his seat.

--9:16 p.m.: Two more precincts in, numbers staying steady. As it stands, Shevlin and Adams would retain their seats.

--9:02 p.m.: With the first precinct now reporting, Shevlin continues to lead with 40 percent to Adams' 33 percent, with Ziegler a distant third (16 percent)

--8:27 p.m.: First major numbers in, Shevlin opens up a lead over Adams with Ziegler far behind.

--8:15 p.m.: K-GEM projecting Lutz the victor in the mayoral race; no surprise here, she's unopposed. Shevlin out to an early lead in vote by mail results.
