Updated: Monrovia City Council to Discuss Interim City Manager Options Today

The council is having a closed session meeting to figure out how to go forward after City Manager Laurie Lile retires Oct. 14.

The Monrovia City Council plans to meet to day in closed session to discuss appointing an interim city manager.

Current City Manager Laurie Lile plans to retire effective Oct. 14. 

Mayor Mary Ann Lutz said last week that the council has instructed the city attorney to research and find people to help with the hunt for an interim city manager.

Today's meeting is at 1:30 p.m. at City Hall.
