From the Gold Line Construction Authority:
There will be partial lane closures of the eastbound I-210 Freeway tonight between Baldwin Ave. and Santa Anita Avenue. These partial lane closures of up to four lanes (the slow lane will remain open) will began at 11:00 p.m. and continue through 5:00 a.m. tomorrow morning.
Traffic delays are expected on the eastbound 210 as crews place formwork panels for the construction of retaining walls leading up to the Gold Line bridgels western abutment in the freeway median. Formwork is effectively a mold in which concrete will be poured, shaping the retaining walls.
