The city of Monrovia is offering residents who live in the Madison Fire
burn area to ask questions and make comments about ongoing mitigation
efforts on its website.
The Monrovia City Council recently approved the purchase
of k-rail concrete barriers to be placed near homes to protect them
from mudflow debris and has been meeting with residents about their
