Did you know there is an 8-week course at the Monrovia Community Center that will teach you how to brew beer and bake bread at home?
The class finished Wednesday but will start anew again in April. Taught by city employees Greg Garabedian and Jim Jenkins, the class provides "step-by-step instructions so you can create your own rustic breads and sip on your own
homebrew in no time," according to the course description.
The above video shows the instructors baking homemade sourdough bread and kegging a home-brewed batch of India Pale Ale.
