Video: Expect More 210 Closures Going Forward
The Gold Line Construction Authority released another video detailing the progress of the bridge along the Foothill Extension.
The bridge over the 210 freeway for the Gold Line Foothill Extension is more than 50 percent completed, according to a video released by the construction authority Tuesday.
What to expect going forward:
- Contractor will complete erection of the wooden form work
- Removal of falsework. Took 6 weeks to erect. "It's going to take a significant amount of time to remove it," contractor said.
- Anticipated 5 Eastbound closures from April to July. Total of 60 closures expected over the course of the build; about 30 have been made to date.
