Republicans objected this week to Democrat attempts to move 40 spot budget bills from the Senate over to the Assembly. The bills will be sent back to the Senate for a concurrence vote once budget language has been inserted. According to Huff, very little debate will take place and the public will only have a matter of hours to read each bill before a budget vote is taken.
