The candidates squared off in a debate last week and the forum is now available to watch online.
Monrovia City Council candidates Larry Spicer, Alexander Blackburn and Robert Parry gathered at city hall on Thursday in a forum co-sponsored by the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce and League of Women Voters.
