Wildcat Championship Parade Raring to Go

City officials have rescheduled the parade for Jan. 12.

championship football team will take to the streets next month for a parade celebrating the Wildcats' .

The parade has been officially rescheduled for Jan. 12 at 5 p.m., according to Monrovia Mayor Mary Ann Lutz's Facebook page. The parade, , had to be postponed due to rain.

School Board President Ed Gililland has said the parade will follow the same route as last year, beginning at the high school, then heading east on Colorado Boulevard, north on Myrtle, and circling before stopping for a rally there.
