Wind Cleanup: Where to Dump Your Green Waste

Monrovia has special bins throughout the city to collect the tree branches and shrubbery knocked loose by Wednesday night's windstorm.

Monrovia has placed special bins throughout the city for residents to deposit green waste created by . Mayor Mary Ann Lutz said Friday that residents should not dispose of palm fronds in the bins, which can clog mulchers. Instead, those can be left for pickup in the driveways of homes.

The green waste dumping stations are:

  • 240 W. Foothill Boulevard
  • 800 W. Foothill Boulevard
  • 204 E. Foothill Boulevard
  • 754 E. Foothill Boulevard
  • 1300 S. California Avenue
  • 140 W. Duarte Road
