MHS Student Starts Prom Dress Drive

The drive encourages people to donate old dresses to less fortunate students as prom season approaches.

Be honest with yourself--you'll never wear that prom dress again.

That doesn't mean it has to go to waste, however. A student at Monrovia High School is organizing a donation drive to get people to donate their old dresses so that less fortunate students will have something to wear come dance season.

"We’re collecting dresses to give to girls in need this prom season," reads the flyer produced by MHS student Adrianna D'Baron. "Have any in your closet that you’ll never wear again? Donate!"
