Monrovia Teachers Association Endorses Yuille, Williams in School Board Race

The election is Nov. 5.

The Monrovia Teachers Association issued the following statement about their endorsements for the Monrovia Unified school board race.

"Monrovia Teachers Association, in an effort to encourage broader community participation in governing the Monrovia Unified School District is endorsing candidates Ruhiyyih Yuille and Terrence Williams for the open positions on the school board.

Ms. Yuille is an experienced educator who is aware of the many challenges facing the district and public schools in general. Mr. Williams participates in a variety of service organizations and city activities and can speak to a wide range of community interests affecting the schools. We encourage you to consider what these candidates could bring to our community and to give them your vote on election day."
