Sports Reporter Predicts Wildcats Will Win 3rd Straight Championship

The Monrovia High School football team takes on Paraclete on Friday for the CIF-SS Mid-Valley Division title.

A prep sports reporter for the Pasadena Star-News is predicting that Monrovia High School will defeat Paraclete on Friday to win its third straight CIF-SS Mid-Valley Division title.

Steve Ramirez writes in the "On Prep Sports" blog that Paraclete should have trouble containing Monrovia's George Frazier V, a two-way player who torched Sierra Canyon last week for two long rushing touchdowns.

Monrovia will be playing at home in a game scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday.

The CATS are playing their best football right now which is being led by the senior and team player, G5. I wish them luck on having the opportunity to "3peat" as C.I.F. Southern Section Midwest Division Valley Champs! We can use the support of the entire community for these "scholars and champions" at MHS! See ya after at T. Phillips to help celebrate the accomplishment of the coaches and team. GO WILDCATS!!!!!!
