Monrovia City Council Candidate forum. , mon., 3-28-2011, at: 7pm-8:30pm. Place: Open Door Church, 522 E. Cypress Av, Monrovia Forum will be aired by Community Media of the Foothills(KGEM), 7pm-8:30pm. The community is welcome to attend  and submit questions for candidates.
