Greetings, Why not start the New Year off with some Olympic lifting? CrossFit Monrovia is hosting a sanctioned meet of the "Clean and Jerk" and the "Snatch" on Saturday , January 22. This meet is open to all lifters and is also the last Southern California event to qualify for the Junior Nationals.
