Last Minute Super Bowl Recipes: Buffalo Chicken Dip
Here's an easy one to serve to your guests on Super Bowl Sunday.
What time is the 2012 Super Bowl, you ask? Game time starts at 3:30 p.m. That means you have plenty of time to make your favorite Super Bowl recipes or try something new. Here's a tasty Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe you can sample:
Ingredients:
1, 8-ounce package of cream cheese, softened
3-4 chicken breasts, boiled then shredded or chopped into smaller-than-bite-size pieces
1 jar Marie's super blue cheese
½ bottle of wing Sauce
Colby Jack cheese (1 bag of pre-shredded; or 1 bar, grated)
Tortilla chips for dipping (you can also serve carrot and celery sticks with it)

Directions
Whisk together the softened cream cheese, Marie’s super blue cheese and and wing Sauce. Add hot sauce to taste - this is where you add the spiciness to the dip.
Stir in the shredded chicken and pour the dip into an 8x11½-inch baking dish (or split it between two nine-inch pie plates). Top with the shredded Colby Jack cheese, and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is melted, the edges are bubbly and starting to brown, and the dip is hot all the way through.

Serve with tortilla chips for dipping!
