MAP Accepting Applications for its Leadership Academy
The Leadership Academy starts Sept. 12.
The Monrovia Area Partnership is looking for a few good leaders.
The group issued the following news release regarding its upcoming MAP Leadership Academy.
It’s that time of the year again. MAP is now accepting applications for our 2013 Leadership Academy, which will begin this September 12, 2013. The MAP Leadership Academy provides a foundation of knowledge to jump-start and sustain your work in the community. If you are ready to take the first steps to becoming a connected member of the Monrovia community and a positive presence in your neighborhood and in Monrovia, please fill out your application. The Leadership Academy will be held over 7 weeks, ending with a graduation ceremony in which graduates are honored by Monrovia City Council. The schedule for the academy is as follows:

This year’s class size will be limited to 25 participants, so don’t miss out and be sure to submit you application. Applications will be accepted until September 5, 2013.
