Monday Essentials: Santa Claus to Launch Tour and Monrovia City Council Meets

 Here are five things Monrovia residents need to know this week.

1. Santa Claus will kick off his tour of Monrovia tonight at 5:30 p.m. Click here to see when he will roll through your neighborhood.
