Monrovia Public Library is a public resource which provides members of the Monrovia community with access to books, magazines, audiobooks, reference materials, databases and other informational resources. The library has 3 study rooms which are available on a first-come, first serve basis. All 3 rooms are available for small groups and rooms A and B can be used by single individuals. The library also features the Hoffman Technology Center, an area with 12 computers for youths, 6 for teenagers and 20 for adult use. Books not currently owned by the library can be borrowed from other libraries, with a search fee of $5 for each title.
