I am a busy wife and mom who created Simply Sandwich, a blog designed to provide support, practical ideas and survival skills for women in the Sandwich Generation.  I spend most of my time balancing my roles of being a wife, a mom to a teen and a tween and a caregiver for my mother who lives in our guesthouse.
