Yvette is the Head of Children's Services at the Merrimack Public Library.

A native of NJ, Yvette holds a BFA in Playwriting from the Tisch School of the Arts at New York University.  She has written several plays that have been produced on off-off Broadway and throughout community theater, including a musical adaptation of The Children of Lir, with a libretto by Kevin Cawley.  Everywoman: A Modern Morality Play, was published in 1994 by Baker's Plays in Boston, a subsidiary of Samuel French, Inc.

Yvette began working in public libraries when the family relocated to South Bend, Indiana, so that her husband, a NH native, could pursue his PhD in Medieval History.  She spent several years working at the St. Joseph County Public Library, which included driving a 26-ft bookmobile and managing that department.  She received her Master of Library Science from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. 

She lives on the NH Seacoast with her husband and children.
